Jonathan Williams

Jonathan Williams has extensive experience in technical support and product training management. As of October 2025, Jonathan serves as the Technical Support Manager at Apex Companies. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked at KION North America as a Product Training Program Manager from June 2024 to October 2025 and also held the position of System Sales Training Manager. In September 2025, Jonathan briefly retired before returning to professional roles. Educational background includes attending Trident Technical College.
