Muhammad Tahir

Muhammad Tahir is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, and research with extensive experience at APEX Consulting in Pakistan, where roles have included Monitoring Coordinator and Operation Field Manager since October 2017, overseeing field management and data collection. Prior to this, Muhammad served as the National Monitoring, Evaluation & Research Officer, Team Leader, and Field Coordinator, leading initiatives such as recruiting and training teams, liaising with UNICEF and UNDP, and ensuring data quality. Experience also encompasses a GIS Officer role at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), focusing on data collection and community mapping. Muhammad holds an M.Sc. in Population Science from the University of the Punjab.
