Matt Hale serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Apex Dental Partners, a dental support organization focused on providing administrative support services to dentists. Matt is also the Managing Partner at RoseRock Partners, an investment firm aimed at growing privately-held businesses. Prior to this, Matt founded and served as CEO of BlackBox Aviation Systems, offering a digital record management system for pilots. Matt's background includes working as an Associate at Brazos Private Equity Partners and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Matt holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and multiple undergraduate degrees from Southern Methodist University.
