Jessica Reicher

Jessica Reicher currently serves as the Executive Vice President and COO at Whataburger since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of President at RB American Group from June 2020 to September 2025 and was the Chief Operating Officer at Nando's PERi-PERi USA from June 2016 to June 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Operations at Taco Bell from 2012 to June 2016 and as Director of Global Operations at Yum! Restaurants International from September 2010 to September 2012. Jessica's career also includes a tenure as Sr. Vice President of Operations at Fuddruckers from January 2006 to September 2010 and as ROD at Red Robin from 2003 to 2006. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Oregon between 1993 and 1997.
