John Bissa

John Bissa has an extensive work experience spanning from 1983 to 2022. John began their career in the United States Navy as a Commander and served for almost 30 years until 2011. John then transitioned to Plante & Moran, where they worked as a Partner for 13 years. Following that, they joined C/D/H as a Practice Director for three years. John later joined Marketing Associates as the Global Pricing Solutions Director for two years. In 2016, they became the Chief Information Officer at Imperial Marketing for four years. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Chief Information Officer at Helm. Currently, they are the Vice President at Apex Digital Solutions, Inc. starting in 2022.

John Bissa attended De La Salle Collegiate from 1978 to 1982. John then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science at the United States Naval Academy from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they obtained a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs at The Catholic University of America from 1992 to 1994. In 1994, they attended the U.S. Naval War College and obtained a Master's Degree in National Security Policy Studies, which was completed in 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 1997 to 1999.
