Ryan Rustan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer Technician at Apex Engineering Group, Inc. since January 2024, Ryan previously held the role of Construction Specialist at WSB & Associates, Inc. from May 2018 to January 2024. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a Civil Engineer Technician at Blattner Energy, where responsibilities included civil takeoffs for estimates, drone piloting, and point processing. Ryan also has a substantial background with the Benton County Highway Department, focusing on survey, road design, and inspection, as well as with the Polk County Highway Department, where duties included surveying, material testing, and CAD drafting. Ryan holds an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from North Dakota State College of Science, complemented by coursework at the University of North Dakota.
