Lydia Gerlach

Lydia Gerlach has extensive experience in product management and engineering, culminating in the role of Senior Manager of Product Management at Apex Fintech Solutions since June 2022. Previously, Lydia worked at McMaster-Carr from August 2015 to January 2022, where achievements included leading a cross-functional team to automate the accounts payable process, resulting in significant cost savings and efficiency improvements. Other roles at McMaster-Carr included Software Engineer and Digital Customer Experience Developer, where Lydia developed software tools and enhanced user experiences. Lydia's early career includes founding Moonhwa Consulting Inc., teaching English as a Second Language, and earning an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
