Kavita Shah

Kavita Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, volunteer coordination, and community advocacy. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Elementary Programs at Apex for Youth, Kavita oversees multiple elementary programs, managing a budget of over $50k and leading a team of seven staff members to serve over 700 students annually. Prior roles include Advocacy and Organizing Fellow at RESULTS, Field Manager at The Fresh Air Fund, and Account Manager at Ipsos, where Kavita demonstrated a commitment to community development and program evaluation. Kavita holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychological Methods from Fordham University and has completed various leadership initiatives.
