Hannah Graves

Hannah Graves has a diverse work background, starting as an Administrative Loaned Executive and Grant Assistant for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee. Hannah later became a Mental Health Clinician at Behavioral Health Link, a Dog Walker & Pet Sitter at Wag and Purr Pet Sitting Services, and provided Private Childcare. Hannah transitioned into social work roles at AseraCare, Salude The Art of Recovery, and Fresenius Medical Care North America. Hannah then joined Market America, Inc. as an Independent Distributor before becoming a Transplant Outreach Social Worker at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. Currently, they serve as the Director of Transplant Outreach at Apex Health Innovations.

Hannah Graves completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2005 to 2009. Hannah then pursued a Masters in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2009 to 2011.
