Héctor W. R. is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 19 years of experience in the health system and extensive expertise in the pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Pharmacy at Apex Health Solutions since July 2022, Héctor focuses on creating pharmacy solutions for value-based care (VBC) businesses. Concurrently, as Associate Vice President and Director of Pharmacy at Memorial Hermann Health System, responsibilities include directing all pharmacy plans and managing contract relationships.
