The Pharmacy Operations and Solutions team plays a critical role in ensuring safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use across the health plan. This team oversees pharmacy benefit management (PBM) operations, formulary strategy, clinical programs, STAR alignment & performance and regulatory compliance to optimize member outcomes and manage pharmaceutical spend.
