Michael Schoedel

Michael Schoedel currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Administration at Apex Oil Co since January 2022. With a long-standing career at Apex Oil Company, Inc and related companies beginning in February 2008, Michael has held roles as Senior Asset Manager and Director of Administration, overseeing human resources, information systems, back-office operations, property management, and more. Prior experience includes serving as City Manager for the City of Clayton, Missouri from 2004 to 2008, and for the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri from 1998 to 2004, where responsibilities included managing significant budgets, employees, economic development projects, and community relations. Michael began their career as City Administrator for the City of Frontenac, Missouri from 1995 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Geography from Valparaiso University, alongside studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
