Alexandre Borborema

Alexandre Borborema, MSc, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Head of Investment Banking at Apex Partners since March 2019, Alexandre has successfully implemented M&A advisory practices, resulting in the closure of over 15 deals. Prior experience includes providing financial advisory for M&A projects at Stratum Business Consulting, serving as CFO at Entologics, where an innovative startup received recognition from a multinational food company, and leading PwC's corporate finance practice in Southern Brazil. Alexandre has also held significant roles at EY, Claro, and Vivo, focusing on strategic financial planning, business development, and regulatory affairs. Academic credentials include a Master's degree from Aston Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
