Joshua Blanchard

Josh serves as the VP of Finance for Apex HCM. He is tasked with leading the accounting, finance, human resources, and administrative functions of the organization. His team’s goal is to support all of the business units and their operations, in order to help them better support customers.

Prior to joining Apex, Josh has held various finance and accounting roles within the healthcare and software industry. His career started in public accounting as an auditor for clients across multiple industries. He also worked in the fraud and litigation support niche of the firm.

Prior to joining the private sector, Josh served in the United States Army as a Patriot Missile Systems operator/maintainer. His service time allowed him to spend significant time testing major systems upgrade at White Sands Missile Range as the unit liaison with Raytheon and Lockheed Martin.

Josh holds a Master of Accountancy from Georgia Southern University. He is Certified Public Accountant, as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
