Vamsi Srikantam

Vamsi Srikantam has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. Vamsi began their career in 1999 as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Hewlett-Packard & Agilent Laboratories. In 2006, they moved to Montalvo Systems as Manager and Implementation Lead. In 2008, they joined NVIDIA as a Senior Design Engineer, and then moved to Sun Microsystems (from Montalvo Systems Acquisition) in the same role. Vamsi then joined Veloce Technologies (Acquired by Applied Micro) in 2009 as a Senior Design Engineer. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Engineering at Applied Micro (Acquired by Macom). In 2017, they moved to Ampere Computing as Senior Director of Engineering, and in 2018 they were appointed as Vice President of Engineering & Co-Founder at Apex Semiconductor.

Vamsi Srikantam earned a Ph.D. in Low Power VLSI Design from the University of South Florida between 1994 and 1999.
