Justin Mishler has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Justin is currently working as Market Area President at Apex Service Partners since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of President at 72 Degrees Comfort Company starting from March 2023. Justin also served as President and General Manager at KB Complete Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling from April 2022.

Before transitioning to the corporate sector, Justin had a successful career in the military. Justin served in the US Army and held various leadership roles. As the Head of Department (Program Manager), they were responsible for the academic, recruitment, administration, military training, and leadership development functions for Army ROTC cadets. Justin also achieved significant growth in the program during their tenure.

As a Company Commander, Justin led a unit of 103 Soldiers, overseeing logistics, planning, medical, and operational functions. Justin was responsible for maintaining readiness and tactical proficiency, and managing Army assets worth over $8 million. As an Assistant Operations Officer, they planned battalion-level training exercises and oversaw ammunition supplies.

Justin also worked as a Leadership Instructor, where they trained and developed lieutenants in various areas such as leadership, tactics, and combat engineering. Additionally, they served as a Company Grade Officer, overseeing logistics and construction projects, including the deployment of personnel and vehicles to Afghanistan.

Justin's diverse work experience has equipped him with strong leadership, planning, and operational skills that they have leveraged in both the corporate and military sectors.

Justin Mishler has a strong educational background with a focus on engineering and management. Justin attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management.

After serving in the military for a few years, Justin pursued further education and completed a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2013. During their time at Missouri University, they obtained additional certifications in Military Construction Management and as a Master Resiliency Trainer through the United States Army in 2013 and 2012, respectively.
