Kelly Robichaud has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelly currently holds the position of Talent Development Director at Apex Service Partners, where they focus on building strong partnerships and leveraging the power of people to provide excellent service to customers. Prior to this, Kelly served as the Chief People Officer at General Air Conditioning and Plumbing, where they managed strategies for building and retaining an exceptional team. Kelly also held roles at Success Group International, where they were the Vice President of Learning and Talent Development and later the Director of Learning Programs. In these positions, they developed innovative programs and partnerships to support independent contractors in the home services industry. Earlier in their career, Kelly worked as a Talent Development Manager at Enterprise Holdings Inc., where they directed the design, development, and implementation of training and development initiatives. Kelly also served on the Board of Directors at Child Care of Southwest Florida and worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Duval County Public Schools. Overall, Kelly's work experience showcases their expertise in talent development, strategic planning, and building strong partnerships.

Kelly Robichaud obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from the University of Arizona, which they attended from 1990 to 1994. Kelly later pursued a Master of Science in Business Management (MSM) from the University of Florida, attending from 2001 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Kelly Robichaud has earned several certifications. In June 2016, they obtained the Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. In September 2017, they earned the Innovator, Level 2 certification and the Strategic, Level 2 certification from Dale Carnegie Training. In January 2018, they obtained the Diplomat, Level 2 certification, the Leader, Level 3 certification, and the Organized Professional, Level 1 certification, all from Dale Carnegie Training. Most recently, in July 2021, they completed the Creativity at Work: A Short Course from Seth Godin offered by LinkedIn.
