Jillian Stipak serves as an Account Manager at Apex Systems, focusing on selecting top talent for Fortune 1000 clients in the applications space and delivering tailored business solutions to meet client goals. With experience in various roles, including Professional Recruiter, Delivery Lead, and Technical Recruiter, Jillian has developed a strong background in connecting IT professionals with job opportunities and mentoring new recruiters. Recognized with the 2022 Core of the North Award and the sole recipient of the 2021 Northeast Rising Star Award, Jillian also participated in a Leadership Program in 2021. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Connecticut, where studies were completed in May 2020.
