Jim Chalkley

Jim Chalkley possesses extensive experience in leadership and business development, currently serving as National Accounts Director at Apex Systems since September 2014 and as VP of Business Development at Logistics Management Resources since April 2005. Prior to these roles, Jim Chalkley had a brief retirement in 2017 and served a distinguished 25 years in the US Army, achieving the rank of Colonel. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the US Navy War College, a Master of Science in Systems Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the Virginia Military Institute.
