Caroline de Lacy

Caroline de Lacy is an experienced professional in cost governance and project management, currently serving as the Global Head of Cost Governance at Apex Group Ltd since April 2024 and previously as the Global Head of IT Cost Management at Apex Group Ltd (Ireland Branch) since July 2022. Prior roles include Head of Programme and Portfolio at Codec Ireland and Head of Project Management at Apex Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd. Caroline has a strong background in IT governance and project administration, having held various positions at Atos and Siemens, including Head of IT Governance & Controlling UK&I and Microsoft EMEA PMO Administrator. In earlier career stages, Caroline contributed to accounts administration and project management at Greenstar and Westwood, and served as a director at Atech Construction Ltd. Academically, Caroline holds an Executive Business Course in Business Management and Accounting from Leinster Business Institute.
