Balagangadharan B has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Balagangadharan started their career at 3i Infotech in 2007 as an Executive HR, where they were involved in the entire recruitment cycle for the Chennai branch. Balagangadharan then moved on to iHorse Technologies in 2011, where they served as a Manager - Human Resources, handling talent management for both Chennai and Pondicherry units. In 2014, they joined Maples Imaging Solution Private Limited as an Assistant Manager HR, responsible for meeting hiring plan numbers and liaising with business resource/managers. Currently, they are working at Apexon as a Human Resources Generalist, starting in 2016.

Balagangadharan B began their education at St. Mary's Higher Secondary School in Karaikal from 1999 to 2001, where they completed their Higher Secondary Education. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Anna University, from 2004 to 2006.
