Madhavan Sadagopan

Madhavan Sadagopan has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Madhavan most recently worked at Apexon as an Associate Director - HR, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a PRB Specialist Delivery from April 2020 to October 2022. Before joining Standard Chartered Bank, Madhavan spent a significant amount of time at Cognizant, where they held the role of Manager - HR from May 2004 to March 2020.

Madhavan Sadagopan completed their MBA in Marketing & Systems from Vellore Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dhanraj Baid Jain College, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Their secondary education was completed at Sir M Venkata Subba Rao Higher Secondary School from 1997 to 1999. Madhavan's primary education was at Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Sr. Sec. School from 1986 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, in 2014, they obtained a certification as an Aon Hewitt Certified Rewards professional from Aon Hewitt.
