Shailendra Nigam

Shailendra Nigam has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Senior Technical Lead at Apexon since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at LG Soft India, where they held multiple roles. From January 2019 to October 2022, they served as a Team Lead - Development & QA, demonstrating their expertise in Software Development, Testing, Test Automation, and support. Shailendra also worked as a Senior System Analyst from January 2015 to January 2019, a System Analyst from June 2011 to December 2014, and a Senior Software Engineer from February 2010 to May 2011 at LG Soft India. Before joining LG Soft India, Shailendra Nigam worked as an IT Consultant at Eritrea Telecommunication Services Corporation (EriTel) from December 2004 to November 2008. In this role, they were responsible for automating various processes in the Telecommunication department and generating monthly internet usage bills for subscribers.

Shailendra Nigam completed their Masters in Computer Applications from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University from the years 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained additional certifications including "Managing Project Stakeholders" from LinkedIn in September 2021 and "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" from Scrum Alliance in April 2021.
