Sulochana Deshmukh

Sulochana Deshmukh, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Data Scientist focusing on Generative AI at Apexon for Ford Motor Company since April 2024. Previously, Sulochana held the position of Architect in AI and Automation at SLK America Inc from September 2021 to March 2024. Sulochana's earlier experience includes work as a Research Assistant at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, engaging in projects such as analyzing longitudinal studies data and developing a Text-to-SQL machine translator. Sulochana also has a background in academia, having served as an Assistant Professor at Pune Institute of Computer Technology and TSSM’s PVPIT in India. Sulochana holds a Ph.D. in Computational Data Science and Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, along with a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
