Onnis Zafrane

Onnis ZAFRANE has extensive experience in the educational and social services sectors, currently serving as Adjoint de direction and Responsable éducatif at the Association des Paralysés de France since September 2006, with responsibilities in educational framework, team management, coordination, and animation. Prior to this role, Onnis ZAFRANE worked as a Moniteur, focusing on graphic design workshops, developing a pre-professional platform, and creating competency documentation in partnership with ESAT. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant de vie scolaire individualisé at the Ministère de l'éducation nationale, de la jeunesse et de la vie associative from September 2003 to September 2006. Onnis ZAFRANE holds a Master’s degree in Management des établissements de santé from ILIS Faculte Ingenierie et management de la Sante and has advanced degrees in cultural development and international commerce from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
