Papa Abdou-Issa

Papa Abdou-Issa has extensive experience in data protection and project management, currently serving as Délégué à la protection des données at APF France handicap since April 2018, focusing on GDPR compliance. Previous roles include Délégué à la Protection des Données and Chef de Projet AMOA-SI at Association des Paralysés de France from March 2003 to September 2019. Their career began in educational roles, including positions as an Enseignant en mathématiques, SVT, and Histoire-Géographie at the Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale in Comores from September 1979 to June 1982. Abdou-Issa holds advanced degrees in management and data protection as well as administration and geography from ISEP, IAE France, and Université Paris Cité.
