Sebastien Kostiw

Sebastien Kostiw is an experienced professional in the social and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Directeur of Maison Oberkirch at APF France handicap since April 2023, overseeing support for adults with motor disabilities. Since January 2020, Sebastien has also been the founder and coach at WisKoo solutions RH, providing consultancy, individual coaching, managerial training, and skills assessments. Previous roles include Directeur du pôle Adultes Hébergement at Fondation Sonnenhof from September 2017 to July 2019, where management covered various accommodation services for adults, and Directeur of a pole for individuals with disabilities at ADAPEI DU PUY DE DOME from June 2011 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes managing facilities for children with motor disabilities at Arimc idf from January 2008 to May 2011. Sebastien holds a Master 2 in Gestion des entreprises sociales et de santés from IAE France and a Maîtrise in Science politique from UT1 Toulouse, alongside ongoing education in coaching since October 2021.
