Serge Widawski

Serge Widawski serves as the Directeur général of APF France handicap since November 2021, leading an organization dedicated to advocating for and supporting individuals with disabilities. Prior to this role, Serge was the General Manager of APF Entreprises from 2014 to October 2021, overseeing operations across 50 Sheltered Workshops and driving significant growth and job creation for disabled employees in France. Additional experience includes leadership positions at ALTRAN Energy-Industry-Life Science, NECYA Conseil (a consulting and private investment firm founded by Serge), Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies, SUEZ as General Manager of INFILCO, and various roles at AIR LIQUIDE, culminating in the position of Sales Vice-President. Serge is an alumnus of CentraleSupélec and Lycée KLEBER.
