Ruud Hendriks

Ruud Hendriks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business management, program management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Business Management at APG since September 2011, Ruud has led the transformation to Agile Portfolio management and implemented five Value Streams using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). As the Founder and Owner of Aurora Consultancy since January 2020, Ruud specializes in organizational development, change management, and program management. Prior to this, Ruud held senior roles at Oce-Technologies B.V., overseeing ICT integration across Europe and Asia and driving global Business/IT programs. Ruud's earlier experience includes operational roles as a Naval Officer in the Royal Netherlands Navy. Ruud holds advanced degrees in Change Methodologies and Business Engineering from reputable institutions.
