Melissa Scouton

Melissa Scouton has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, having worked in the field since 2005. Melissa began their career at Augsburg Fortress Publishers as an HR Generalist, where they were responsible for workforce planning and employment, as well as employee relations. In 2010, they were selected to partner with the business owner for the establishment of Ricit, LLC, where they developed and implemented a human capital plan. Later that same year, they joined Luther Seminary as an HR Generalist, where they were part of a core team selected to implement a shared services model between Augsburg Fortress and Luther Seminary. In 2012, Melissa moved to Metropolitan Ballet, where they served as Business Manager and was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for recruitment and retention of students, and brand analysis. Melissa then moved to RSP Architects in 2015, where they were an HR Generalist. Most recently, Melissa has been working as an HR Manager at APG Cash Drawer since 2016.

Melissa Scouton attended Metro State University from 2006 to 2008.
