Aous Mhaidat has a diverse work experience in the logistics and delivery industry. Aous started their career at Aramex in December 2016 as a Customer Service Representative and worked there until March 2019. Aous then joined APG eCommerce Solutions in March 2019 as a Customer Care Executive and later transitioned to the role of Performance Analysis Executive in June 2020. In September 2020, Aous was promoted to the position of Senior Performance Analyst, where they gained extensive knowledge and experience in data analysis and worked closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze large datasets. In September 2021, they became the Performance Analysis Leader for North America, responsible for managing multiple carriers and leading a team of data analysts. Currently, since October 2022, Aous serves as the Operations & Onboarding Lead for North America at APG eCommerce Solutions, where they optimize supply chains and streamlines operations to improve team performance.
Aous Mhaidat obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jordan, from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Aous Mhaidat obtained certifications in Quality Management Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2023 and in Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in June 2022.
