Martin Geary

Martin Geary has over 26 years of work experience in the IT field. Martin started their career with NorthgateArinso in 1994 as a Computer Operator, and then moved up to become an Operations and Technical Support Analyst. Martin also worked as a System Administrator on a contract basis. In 2006, they joined the Department of Energy, Utilities and Sustainability as a Systems Administrator on a contract basis. From 2006 to 2009, Martin worked at NorthgateArinso as an IT Project Consultant. Since 2010, they have been working at APG & Co Pty Ltd, where they have held various roles including Senior Systems Engineer, IT Operations Manager, and currently as the Head of IT.

Martin Geary attended Eastholm School from 1987 to 1994. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study. Additionally, Martin has obtained several certifications including ITIL - Foundation from ITIL, MCITP - Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Server Administrator, MCP - Installing Configuring and Administering Microsoft XP Pro, MCP - Managing and Maintaining a Windows Server 2003 Environment, MCTS - Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuring, MCTS - Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuring, and VCP - VMware Certified Professional on vSphere 4. However, the specific dates of when these certifications were obtained are not provided.
