Samantha Franklin, MHRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Aphena Pharma Solutions, Inc. and as an Instructional Designer at Skilled Hive. Previously, Samantha held various human resources roles at Shine Early Learning, including Director of HR Business Services, where responsibilities included overseeing HR Business Services Partners, managing strategic HR projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Samantha's early career included positions at Magnum Venus Products, Clayton Bank and Trust, and U.S. Cellular. Samantha holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee.
