Johannes Witt is an experienced professional in M&A advisory and restructuring, currently serving as Director, Principal, and Associate at APHEON since February 2015. Previously, Johannes held roles as Associate and Analyst at The Blackstone Group from February 2012 to January 2015 and as an Analyst at Nomura from August 2010 to December 2011, focusing on TMT investment banking. Notable transaction experience includes the acquisition of Vue Entertainment by Doughty Hanson and the buy-side processes for a German cable operator and a European cinema operator. Earlier career experiences include an internship at Oliver Wyman, where Johannes contributed to the re-launch of IPTV for a German telecom incumbent, and internships at Bertelsmann and Lehman Brothers, focusing on corporate strategy and media M&A, respectively.
