JT Prieto, PhD has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2008, JT worked as a Technical Leader at ACS XEROX Company in Guatemala until 2011.

JT also led user engagement and user enablement programs, developed and launched training certification programs, and explored innovative use cases with technical users.

José-Tomás (JT) Prieto, PhD has a diverse education history. José-Tomás (JT) obtained their French Scientific High School Baccalaureate from Lycee/College/High school Jules Verne in 2003, with a specialization in Spé Math. In 2004, they pursued a degree in Computer Science Engineering at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, which they completed in 2008.

Afterward, José-Tomás obtained a Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano from Studium Piano Academy, from 1991 to 2001. José-Tomás (JT) then pursued further education at École Polytechnique, where they completed a Master's degree in Network Industries and Digital Economy in 2011.

José-Tomás continued their studies at École Polytechnique and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics and Management in 2015.

In addition to their academic qualifications, José-Tomás has obtained several certifications. José-Tomás (JT) completed courses such as "Data Science for Executives," "Enabling Technologies for Data Science and Analytics: The Internet of Things," "Machine Learning for Data Science and Analytics," and "Statistical Thinking for Data Science and Analytics" from Columbia University in the City of New York in 2018 and 2019.
