Celicia Marie Wallace

Celicia Marie Wallace, MA, IDT, currently serves as the Manager of Instructional Design at the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) since November 2021, where efforts focus on continuous improvement in curriculum development and leading learning programs for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Previous roles include Senior Specialist Instructional Systems Designer at APHL, Associate Faculty at Valencia College, and Adjunct Faculty at Seminole State College of Florida. Celicia's experience encompasses instructional design, curriculum framework development, and collaboration with various health and education agencies to create effective learning pathways. With a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Duquesne University, Celicia brings a strong background in educational strategies and curriculum innovation.
