Jesse Horton is an experienced instructional design manager currently at Mouse since April 2022, bringing extensive expertise in education and tutoring management. Previously, Jesse served as a tutor supervisor at Columbia University in the City of New York from June 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing over 100 student tutors, designing training programs, and enhancing tutoring operations to improve student outcomes. Prior roles include a mathematics fellow at Saga Education, delivering personalized daily tutoring, and lead mathematics tutor at the University of Arkansas, where Jesse oversaw tutoring operations and contributed to optimizing lab services. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas.
