Caroline Michiels is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and strategic program management across various industries, particularly in healthcare. Currently serving as COO at Aphora Health, Caroline focuses on company-wide operations, scalability, and enhancing user experience. As the Founder and Chief of Staff at A440 LLC, advisory and capacity-building support are provided to nonprofits. Caroline has held significant roles such as Vice President of Integration & Operational Excellence at National Cardiovascular Partners and Director of Governance and Strategic Programs at Cancer Treatment Centers of America. With a solid foundation in business intelligence and project management from prior positions at DHL Express and EY, Caroline holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Old Dominion University.
