Jennifer Mount

Jennifer Mount has a diverse background in human resources, compensation, and benefits. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President of Total Rewards and People Services at APi Group. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Total Rewards Practices and Senior Director of Compensation at Fresenius Medical Care. Jennifer has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations and held various executive-level roles at Nielsen, Bacardi, Citi, and Scholastic. Jennifer'sexpertise lies in global compensation, benefits management, and employee relations.

Jennifer Mount, MHRM, CCP has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the same university. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification from WorldatWork in June 2014. In 2022, they completed the Reflective Leadership Certification program at Harvard Business School. Jennifer is currently pursuing the Leading with Values certification from Fresenius Medical Care, which they are scheduled to obtain in 2023.
