Dave Hampson

Dave Hampson is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at API Heat Transfer since August 2024. Previously, Dave held the same title at Paper Machinery Corp. from July 2017 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing various aspects of assembly and machining plants, scheduling, and quality assurance. Prior roles include Director of Engineering and Operations at Hilmot Conveyor and Manager of Engineering at Noram. Dave Hampson holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Operations from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
