Karan Dhar is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Head for B2C Business (PharmEasy) & Support Functions at API Holdings. Karan previously held positions at L&T Realty, where they advanced from Assistant Manager to HR Manager, leading organizational development and learning initiatives. Before that, Karan worked at Bharti Airtel in various roles, including Head of Talent Management & Development.
