Adriana Azevedo

Adriana Azevedo has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Animator/Monitor at Jardim Zoológico de Lisboa from 2006 to 2011. Adriana then worked at Accenture as a Programmer from 2010 to 2012, followed by a position as a Software Engineer Senior Analyst from 2012 to 2015. At Accenture, Adriana was involved in application development and maintenance services at Montepio Geral, focused on software development and analysis, test planning and execution, and incident management.

Adriana joined everis UK in 2015 as a Banking Consultant, working on the Mortgage Retentions project at Isban UK. Adriana'sresponsibilities included functional and technical analysis, requirements gathering, and gap analysis, as well as the implementation of a front-end customer solution to enhance the customer journey. Adriana later became a Solutions Team Leader at everis UK from 2017 to 2018.

Currently, Adriana works at Apiax as the Head of Software Engineering, a role they took on in February 2021. Adriana previously served as a Product Owner from 2018 until their promotion to Head of Software Engineering.

Adriana Azevedo obtained their Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico between 2005 and 2010. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in November 2017 and an Introduction to Securities and Investment certification from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in June 2016.
