Ruben Ponte

Ruben Ponte started their work experience in 2011 as a Trainee at DDDD Produções. Ruben then moved on to a Trainee position at Portugal Telecom in 2014. Later that year, they worked as a Trainee at TTS Lab, where they participated in the development of a hybrid mobile application. In 2014, they became a Junior Software Developer at TTS Lab, where they developed technological solutions for the Travel Industry.

In 2017, Ruben joined Microsoft as an EMEA Dynamics CRM Support Engineer. Later that year, they worked as a .NET & Front-End Developer at EVEREDGE Consulting, where they developed a talent manager web application for Human Resources Management.

In 2018, Ruben joined Apiax as a Full Stack Software Engineer, where they worked on developing a RegTech platform. Ruben then became a Scrum Master at Apiax in 2021.

Throughout their career, Ruben has gained experience in various technologies such as C#, MVC, Angular, SQLServer, Java, Spring, REST, and GitLab.

Ruben Ponte obtained their Bachelor's degree in Informática - Redes e Multimédia from Universidade dos Açores, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education in Tecnológico de Informática at Escola Secundária de Lagoa from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ruben also acquired a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in June 2021.
