Carole W. Kamangu

Carole W. Kamangu, MPH, RN, CIC, serves as the Founder and CEO of Dumontel Healthcare Consulting, LLC, since September 2022, where significant contributions include conducting over 30 COVID-19 assessments in various healthcare facilities. Additionally, Carole holds the position of Independent Infection Prevention Consultant with APIC Consulting Services and has co-founded Congo4Tomorrow, directing programs and overseeing volunteer activities focused on public health in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Previous roles include Infection Control Professional at Harborview Medical Center, where initiatives led to improved hand hygiene compliance, and Public Health Nurse at Snohomish Health District, conducting communicable disease investigations. Carole’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Armstrong State University and ongoing studies towards an MBA at the University of the People.
