Earlier career highlights include positions as Vice President of Marketing at First Acceptance Corporation, where Gingi oversaw the development of a new brand identity and marketing strategies, and as President and CEO of Easter Seals Tennessee, successfully implementing a turnaround plan for the organization. Gingi’s background also includes significant roles in marketing communications at Verizon Wireless and management at Pendum, Inc., showcasing a strong foundation in both strategic planning and operational oversight.
