Simon Agar

Simon Agar is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the legal sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development & Marketing at Three Crowns LLP since October 2025, Simon leads the global business development team and manages international relationships to advance strategic growth plans. Previously, Simon held significant roles at Slaughter and May, including BD lead for North America and APAC, and served as Co-Chair of the Social Mobility Network. Simon's earlier experience includes positions at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Jones Day, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Hopkins Solicitors LLP, focusing on international client development and marketing across various regions and sectors. Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Newcastle University and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
