Radhika Pandya

Radhika Pandya is a seasoned Sr. Technical Recruiter currently working at Apidel Technologies since October 2023, specializing in talent acquisition for SAP and IT as part of contract-to-hire (C2H) and full-time employment (F2E) arrangements. Prior to this, Radhika served as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Delta System & Software, Inc. from July 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various contractual and permanent roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations. Radhika holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Human Resources Management and Services from the Department of Social Work, SPU (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (2014-2017).
