Sumith Kurup

Sumith Kurup has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sumith started their career as a Collection Executive at Encircle in 2010 and then moved on to work as a Business Development Executive at Intivia from 2011 to 2012. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal departments.

In 2013, Sumith joined FEP Search Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they focused on recruitment efforts. Sumith then joined Sterling Lifesciences, a Division of Sterling Hoffman, in 2015 as an Assistant Team Leader and later became a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Most recently, Sumith has been working at Apidel Technologies since 2016. Sumith started as a Talent Acquisition professional and quickly progressed to become a Team Lead in Recruitment. From 2019 to 2022, they served as a Recruitment Manager, overseeing the full recruitment life cycle and managing the daily hiring plan based on clients' needs. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President - Talent Acquisition at Apidel Technologies, responsible for managing the recruitment process and maintaining an efficient database.

Sumith Kurup holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as "Competent Leader" from Toastmasters International in February 2019 and "Dynamic Leadership - Level 1" from Toastmasters International in December 2018.
