Esteban D Candamo

Esteban D Candamo began their work experience in 2008 as a Trainee at Oracle, where they participated in the Trainee Program and supported the marketing department. In 2010, they worked as an Analyst at DP World, where they efficiently managed and controlled the shift operation using Navis SPARCS system.

In 2011, Esteban joined LATAM Airlines as a Senior Analyst in Manpower & Operations Planning. Esteban D forecasted crew resource levels and analyzed crew attrition trends, working closely with Network Planning. Esteban D later became a Manager in Crew Pairings & Roster - Operations Planning, where they led the planning and roster creation of flight and cabin crew, optimizing crew resources and reducing costs.

In 2015, Esteban joined Qatar Airways as a Manager in Flight Crew Manpower & Operations Planning, overseeing the planning and operations of flight crew.

Esteban D then joined JetBlue in 2016, initially working as a Senior Analyst in Business Planning - FP&A. Esteban D played a key role in forecasting and analyzing financial data. Later, they became a Strategic Sourcing professional, responsible for strategic sourcing initiatives.

Currently, Esteban is serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Accommodations Plus International since 2019.

Esteban D Candamo attended Universidad de Lima from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering.
