Isabel Castillo

Isabel Castillo has extensive experience in the travel and aviation industry. Isabel started their career in 1999 as a Ticketing and Reservation Agent at Pertour International, where they handled travel arrangements for clients and managed reservations and ticketing.

In 2004, they worked as a Passenger Service Agent at US Gateways, assisting tour operators, travel agencies, and passengers with issues at airports, hotels, and cruise terminals. Isabel also compiled passenger manifests and verified passport credentials.

From 2005 to 2007, Castillo worked at Freegate Tourism/Tour Operator, where they assisted travel agents with packages and tours, inputted rates into the computer system, and provided customer service regarding documentation and immigration.

At North American Airlines, they served as a Crew Travel Coordinator from 2007 to 2008, preparing crew information reports and arranging air, hotel, and ground transportation for crew members. Currently, Castillo is employed at Accommodations Plus International since 2016, where they serve as a Senior Operations Agent On Site at Jet Blue Airways. Isabel'sresponsibilities include processing Jet Blue requests, reviewing and monitoring API systems, and mitigating lodging and transportation challenges for Jet Blue crew members.
